Use – For lifting heavy loads or cargo in manufacturing, construction, ports, forestry, etc.
To manufacture the product, a wire rope profile of 6×36+FC (6 strands, 36 wires in each strand + lightly greased or dry fiber core) is used.
Another rope profile, which is also used for the production of sling ropes, is 6×36+IWRC (6 strands, with 36 wires in each strand + steel core).
Pressed aluminum sleeves with eyes at the ends. Options are: pressed eyes with open loops or pressed eyes with teardrop thimbles.
You can also optionally add to the couscous variant eye hooks, safety hooks for eyes or piston rings. If necessary, it is possible
You will receive wire rope slings with hand-spliced eyes (they pass more easily under a Euro pallet). The wire rope has a galvanized surface finish.
The permitted temperature for rope profiles 6×36+FC: -40°C to +100°C / 6×36+IWRC: -40°C to +150°C
